Professional Partnership Program — For Therapists
When clients feel stuck, sometimes the brain needs additional support.
You help people change their lives. We help their brains become more available for that work.
Brain Mapping and neurofeedback as one complementary component of care — never a replacement for therapy.
Not because they aren’t trying. Not because therapy isn’t working. But because their brain may not yet be able to fully engage in the work you’re doing together.

You help people change their lives.
We know the work you do isn’t easy.
Every day, you sit with people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. You help them process trauma, navigate anxiety, rebuild relationships, challenge unhealthy thought patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping.
Most of the time, therapy creates meaningful progress. But sometimes, despite everyone’s best efforts, a client simply feels… stuck.
That’s where Grey Matters may be able to help.
Does this sound familiar
Do you work with clients who…
Tick the ones you recognize. It takes fifteen seconds and tells you whether a conversation with us is worth your time.
We don’t replace therapy.
We help clients become more available for therapy.
Grey Matters exists to complement — not replace — the important work therapists do every day.
Many referring therapists describe clients who become more emotionally regulated, more engaged in session, and better able to participate in the therapeutic process after beginning brain training.
Every person’s experience is different, and we never promise specific outcomes. Neurofeedback is offered as one component of a comprehensive wellness plan.
With the client’s written authorization, we’re happy to collaborate with referring providers to support continuity of care.
What is neurofeedback?
Think of it as exercise for the brain.
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive form of brain training that provides the brain with real-time information about its own activity. Rather than stimulating the brain or introducing medication, it uses feedback to encourage the brain to practice healthier patterns over time.
Just as physical therapy helps retrain movement after an injury, neurofeedback is designed to help the brain practice more efficient patterns of functioning.

We do not diagnose medical or mental health conditions, and the Brain Map is not intended to replace a psychological evaluation or clinical assessment. It serves as an additional source of information that may help guide individualized care.
It all starts with a Brain Map
Objective information before any recommendation.
Every client begins with a quantitative EEG, commonly called a Brain Map. It records electrical activity across the brain and provides objective information about brainwave patterns.
Painless, non-invasive, ~45 minutes
Nothing is introduced to the brain — activity is only recorded.
A one-hour review with Courtney Reimmuth, RN
She explains the findings, answers questions, and discusses whether neurofeedback or other services may be appropriate.
Our Brain + Gut philosophy
Brain health doesn’t exist in isolation.
Sleep quality, nutrition, inflammation, digestive health, stress, and nervous system regulation can all influence how someone feels and functions. When appropriate, we may recommend additional services, including GI-MAP testing, as part of a broader effort to understand what could be contributing to a client’s symptoms.
This whole-person approach lets us support individuals from multiple angles while respecting the role of every member of their healthcare team.

Meet Grey
Grey Matters was inspired by one little boy.
When Grey was four years old, his family was told he may never speak, read, or write because of Childhood Apraxia of Speech. His parents refused to stop searching for answers.
After beginning neurofeedback, they watched Grey make remarkable progress. Today he is a thriving teenager who loves sports, school, and spending time with friends.

Today, every client who walks through our doors reminds us why Grey Matters exists.
