The brain training, the employees, the hospitality etc. If you haven’t done brain training it essentially rewires your brain. Instead of going to a counselor and over paying to talk to someone. After twenty-five or so treatments my 20+ year battle with insomnia is so much better. Now, five to six nights a week I sleep all the way through instead of waking up every night at 4AM for approximately two hours, then falling back to sleep for an hour, then having to get up and being miserable for the next two or three.
